A few introductions...

Let me introduce you to Fred and Wilma Flinstone, the adoptive parents of Minnie and Mickey. (Hi, Ev! Thanks for the Flinstone costumes, you domestic diva!)
Which leads to an introduction of Mickey Mouse. Also known as: Mickey the Candy Addict Mouse, Mickey the I-want-to-sleep-in-my-costume Mouse, Mickey the squeaky-ears-make-me-happy-and-my-mom-crazy-but-I'll-squeak-them-all-day-long-anyway Mouse, and Mickey the thank-goodness-Halloween-finally-arrived-so-I'd-stop-asking-when-I-got-to-go-Trick-or-Treating Mouse. That Mickey Mouse is quite a character...and a cute one at that.
Now meet Mickey's sister, Minnie Mouse. Also known as Minnie the I-will-smile-all-day-long-until-you-pull-out-the-camera Mouse, Minnie the why-are-you-putting-me-in-this-itchy-dress-again Mouse, Minnie the my-ghetto-headband-was-made-with-electrical-tape-and-cardstock Mouse, and Minnie the I-didn't-get-a-single-piece-of-candy-and-I-don't-care Mouse!
Fast forward a few days for our next introductions. After 70 degree weather on Halloween, it decided to snow. Meet a very happy I-want-to-play-in-the-snow-all-day boy. And a coatless why-are-you-putting-a-fifth-layer-on-me-mom? girl. And another Cougar fan...Parker's first snowman!

PRECIOUS! I love that the Flintstones adopted Minnie and Mickey. What good parents! You guys are too cute and Ellie is so jealous of the snowman she actually did cry because we didn't have time to make one with her today too!

My friend Sara had her 2 kids in the same costumes, so cute. Love the snowman, that is one thing that I am jealous of, otherwise I am not a big fan of snow.

To the Flinstones/Mouse Family:

How cute. You are beautiful people. Not fair. The end.

To the great Mom who spend probably 30 minutes bundling up her kids and letting them go play in the snow...GOLD STAR MOTHER OF THE YEAR AWARD!

P.S. Someday we WILL get Avery to smile for the camera!! I think it's going to involve some sort of trickery...but we'll get it!

Does that snow man have grapes for eyes? That's not how the song goes. Also, I don't see a clear shot of Avery in my favorite onesie-suit thing.

I love the flintstones and mickey and minnie coming together--this could make history! And the snowman who is also a byu fan -- pretty neat. Parker (and Robyn) good job ! ! !

Your kids costumes ROCK! My kids too hurried out to play in the first snow. However they didn't wait to get all bundled up, so good for you being so diligent.

Looks like fun! That snowman is hugh, you must have gotten a lot of snow. We are getting pretty wintery down here too, I think it was in the high sixties yesterday and it is suppossed to get back into the 80's in a day or two. But it would be a lot of fun to play in the snow for a day or two:).

LOVE the pictures! What great costume ideas. Aidan drove us nuts about going to trick or treating too...and asks every 5 minutes if he can have some more Halloween candy. Too cute that Parker wanted to sleep in his costume!

I am amazed your husband would put on a costume. Paul is a party pooper about that kind of stuff. But I love your costumes and the kids are so dang cute!
This year I was a cat. In previous years I have been a pink lady...ya know, from Grease.
I like Halloween as long as it isn't scary for my kids!

ROBYN! You guys are SOOO cute! I had the same ear issue right up until the last minute! Carrie saved the day with her giant costume box and found some ears for Minnie. I love that pink costume, I saw that on disneystore.com but of course my sweet and generous mom insisted on making one! You all look fabulous:)

Cute! I am glad that you were able to see the thank-goodness-Halloween-finally-arrived-so-I'd-stop-asking-when-I-got-to-go-Trick-or-Treating Mouse.
Two days after Halloween, my children starting asking if Halloween is next week. ...and when can we go trick or treating again. I am so glad they had fun, but I hope these daily questions won't last til' next halloween.
