IT'S A..................

GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, it's true...I'm in shock! Joe and I went in for the Ultrasound today and told the lady that we'd both be really surprised if it was a girl. I've really wanted a girl, but sort of talked myself out of it because the odds were definitely not in my favor. With the babies that are due in Joe's family, there will be 12 boys and now 5 girls. We're both really excited. I couldn't choose just one ultrasound picture to publish, so you get to enjoy ALL of them! Isn't SHE cute?

She is so cute! She looks like she already had chubby legs and cheeks! There is just something about a little girl that is just so much fun! So, what do you think of Dad's idea to name her Henrietta?!

Congratulations!!!! Girls are great. Just plan on loads of pink, lots of emotion, and a tiny talking shadow of your very own. That is fantastic...

Too bad our faces don't look like fetus faces...we'd all look like we'd survived a fire or something. I like Michaela, Michelle, Michel, Roberta, Robertina...the list goes on. I just want a namesake, and I want it now!

PS, good thing you already have a pink room...

Thank you Michael...my daughter will remember that you said that her face looks like she survived a fire or something. Good luck being her favorite uncle now! And she definitely won't be going in the dungeon pink room in the basement!

I am so happy for you, I am really excited and if she is born on MY BIRTHDAY how about naming her DICIE LAJUANA OR DIXIE. You see on my side of the family we have really unusual names and they have to grow on you as you get older. You could name her Diedidamia after your great grandma Godfrey they always called her Dade. Or how about HORTENSE if you can believe that is a real name I had a great aunt named that. Our family always came up with UNUSUAL names or you could name her MAUD after my grandma Stevens, she died of cancer in 1939 but while she was bed ridden she taught me to play gin rummy while we were staying in Provo. So much for the long comment. Love you and I am really proud of you and Joe and Parker.

Hooray for little girls! Okay, I know I am biased, but you are seriously going to have so much fun shopping for little girl things! Congratulations! I think you should name her Hillary, and if you are desperate for a middle name, don't pass on Rodham. Perfect for Utah.

Yeah! I'm so excited for you...and I can tell you are excited too! Girls are so much fun and it will be so cool that she has a big brother. Do you think she is going to have lots of pretty blonde hair like Parker? I bet she is going to be the cutest little baby.
