the fun we've been having...........dah dah dah, uh huh, uh huh!

Last week started with a visit to Grandma and Grandpa Roush's house to deliver potatoes...Parker LOVED Grandpa's Donald Duck impersonation. It's a close second to daddy's Elmo. The week ended with Joe getting off work EARLY...YAY...and a trip to the splash park. This time there were no unruly teenagers for me to snarl at....too bad!
Maybe someday my child will walk on his own...
Yesterday we took Jacob and met our friends Kandis, Wendy, and their cute boys Carter and Miles at the barn at Thanksgiving Point. Parker LOVED the animals and especially the pony ride. He sat happily, but didn't want to hold on to the saddle.
Jacob, on the other hand, refused to sit on the pony, let alone the fake sheep. Parker hasn't learned to differentiate between dogs and other animals...every time we saw a new one, he would excitedly yell, "dah!" At least he doesn't call me that...."dah!"

P.S. It's true...# 2 is on the way! By my calculations, I should be due around February 4th (the anniversary of mis padres and the birthday of Susie Kershaw). Yee haw!

Hi Robyn,

What a cute family....I'm amazed that you have pictures of yourself with your son.....I'm never in any photos because I'm the only one who takes the pictures in this family...(smile) lol. So congratulations! How exciting! and I loved the little thing that shows where the baby is at during development...that is so COOL! Now that my mom and I are on here...I'm trying to get Michelle and Crystal on. I was also thinking we need to get Tina and Becky on so I need to talk to them too.(smile) anyway-

Love ya and congrats! Have a great week.

Robyn! Congratulations! Mark and I will definitely have to come up and hang out with you this summer if you aren't coming down to the girls reunion thing. I don't remember Thanksgiving Point having all those fun things for kids to do. Well I guess I never really had kids when I had been up there so maybe I never noticed. Looks like you guys are all enjoying summer.

robyn, I sent a blog to kim. we need to plan a family reunion. If we keep something in the plans, it might not seem so long between visits. Where shall we go?
