Here are some pictures of Parker and Joe last week while we were all sick. It was so sad watching Parker just wanting to be held. He's now a million times better! I knew I would get sick the night Parker slept with me since he was breathing on my face all night long, but I guess that's what happens when you're a mom! His medicine gave him
diarrhea, so he has a really bad diaper rash, but other than that, he's GREAT! (Sorry if that's too much information). Once again it seems like Parker is growing and changing like crazy! I was talking to Kimberly on the phone a few days ago and told her that when I say "no" that he repeats back "nah nah". She told me that it's him talking...so I guess "no" is his first word! I didn't think we said "no" that much, but apparently that's what has stuck! Joe and I have been testing his language skills out...it's SO CUTE! If I say "da da," he says it back. He also repeats back "ma ma," "ha ha," and if I say ball, he says "ba ba". I LOVE IT! He's been babbling for a while now, but just barely is starting to imitate sounds that we make! Of course every parent thinks their own child is just amazing and so do we! Joe's mom told me today that Joe was a really LATE talker, so I guess Parker's not taking after his daddy in this area. Joe turned out OK, though!

Parker looks so funny in that first picture! Poor guy, you can really tell he wasn't feeling very good. I'm glad the sickness is over for you guys. We all really need to just get healthy!
That's way cute that Parker is saying words already! And the cutest part, I think is, when they don't say it guite 'right', but you can tell what they are trying to say. We always joke that Emma is speaking 'Emma language', when she says something. Parker is getting cuter and cuter. :) I just love reading you blog. Love Ya!
Yesterday I almost put a comment on your blog saying...UPDATE PLEASE! I am glad I didn't have too! I am so glad you are all feeling well. I loved the babble stage! That is so cute that he mimicks you! You will be telling him to be quite before you know it! It's funny that you want them to talk so bad...but then they just talk your ear off and you want some piece and quiet! I can't wait to see him!!! and you of course...we will be in cali in a month! And we are going to Utah the end of May! But you should come visit me...and Kimberly!
Poor Parker! He was sooo sick...you can tell he felt lousy! Sorry...I know Joe was sick too...but his face in that first picture just made me laugh! He really hammed it up for the picture so he could look as sick as Parker!
